Can I wash a terry robe at home?
You can, but terry cloth is fussy. Too-hot water shrinks the cotton by a few centimetres, and too much softener clogs the loops and kills absorbency instead of helping. The result is a robe stiff as cardboard that soaks up less water. We wash terry at a controlled temperature and dry it so the loops stand up fluffy again.

My robe went stiff and scratchy - can softness come back?
Usually, yes. Roughness is mostly detergent and softener residue plus washing in hard water. We use a professional product that cleans the loops instead of coating them, then dry the robe in moving air that lifts them. It comes back soft and fluffy - much closer to how it felt when it was new.
Do you wash silk robes?
Yes. Silk is handled completely differently from terry - low temperature, a protective bag, no spinning and no softeners. We dry it flat so the fabric keeps its sheen and doesn't distort on a hanger. Your silk robe comes back smooth, lustrous and free of water marks.
How long does it take, and do you collect robes?
A robe is normally ready in 48 hours, and when guests arrive at short notice we have a 24h express option. We also offer pickup and delivery across Lublin, and we're an English-speaking laundry - so we can collect a whole batch from your door and bring it back folded and fresh.
