We give an exact quote after inspection - a rug the dog lived on and a lightly dusty runner are two different jobs. Pickup and delivery in Lublin are billed separately.
Do you offer pickup and delivery?
Yes. We collect and return carpets across Lublin, so you don't have to roll up fifteen kilos of rug and wrestle it into your car. We agree a convenient time, pick it up at your door and bring the finished carpet back. Pickup and delivery are paid add-ons, so factor them into the quote.
Do you speak English?

Can you clean a wool or Persian rug?
Yes, and this is where experience matters. Wool and silk need low temperatures, neutral pH and a gentle touch, or the fibres shrink and the dyes bleed. We start every rug with a colourfastness test in a hidden spot. Hand-woven Persian rugs - including inherited ones - get the Persian method, calmly and without gambling with them.

Rarely worth it. A rental machine and an all-purpose liquid look cheap until the red pattern bleeds onto the beige, or a 2x3 m rug comes back as 1.8x2.7 m - and that you can't undo.
