A stain doesn't have to be a sentence

Coffee on your white shirt? Wine on your dress? Grease on your suit? We rescue your favourite clothes from the toughest stains.

Every stain has its own story

Coffee requires a different approach than wine. Grease isn't the same as grass. And blood? Completely different rules. We know this because we've been solving these puzzles every day for years.

We have a professional stain removal station and a wide range of spotting agents. We don't guess - we diagnose the stain type, test the fabric, and choose the right method. Because one mistake can cost you your favourite blouse.

Why home remedies fail

The stain sets permanently

Hot water on a blood stain? Congratulations, you just cooked it. Now the protein has bonded with the fabric forever. Time works against you - the longer you wait, the deeper the stain penetrates.

You'll damage the material

That internet recipe for vinegar and baking soda? It might work on the stain. It might also destroy the colour, break down the fibres, or leave white marks. Delicate fabrics require delicacy - not experiments.

You'll lose colour intensity

Heavy-duty store-bought stain removers are like a sledgehammer. They remove everything - including the colour from your clothes. A black dress turns grey. A red shirt - pink. You can't undo that.

Bring it to us while there's still time. Often 24 hours is enough to make your clothing look like nothing happened.

How we remove stains step by step

No shortcuts. No guessing. Just proven, systematic work.

Step 1

We examine the stain in good light

We examine the stain in good light

We check the size, location, and whether you've already tried to remove it yourself. This information determines the next steps.

Step 2

We identify the stain type

We identify the stain type

Coffee, wine, grease, blood, ink, grass, sweat, makeup - each requires a different tactic. Sometimes we ask about the circumstances, because details matter.

Step 3

We test the fabric's resistance

We test the fabric's resistance

We gently test a hidden section of the material. We need to make sure the spotting agent won't damage the colour or structure.

Step 4

We apply the right spotting agent

We apply the right spotting agent

We use professional products at our stain removal station. We dose precisely, work in a controlled manner. We observe the fabric's reaction.

Step 5

We wash at optimal parameters

We wash at optimal parameters

Temperature, time, detergent type - everything matched to the stain type and material. This isn't a standard programme from a home washer.

Step 6

We check the result

We check the result

We look under different lighting. If a trace remains, we go back to step three. We don't return the garment until we're certain of the result.

Why you should trust us

Because we don't experiment on your clothes. Because we know what we're doing.

We've been doing this for years

We've seen hundreds of stains. Blood on silk? Done it. Red wine on white linen? Done it. Curry on cashmere? That too. Experience is invaluable.

Professional stain removal station

We're not talking about a sponge and store-bought liquid. We have a dedicated station with an arsenal of spotting agents. Each one matched to a specific stain type.

We act fast when needed

A fresh stain is a good stain - easier to remove. That's why we offer 24-hour express service. Time is your ally, don't waste it.

We're honest about the risks

Not every stain can be removed without a trace. Old, set stains or ones after failed home attempts - sometimes there are limits. We always tell you honestly what's possible.

Frequently asked questions about stain removal

What you can try at home - and when it's better to bring the item straight to us.

How do I remove a red wine stain?

Act immediately. Blot up the excess with a clean cloth (don't rub), put a white towel underneath, and flush the stain with cold water from the outside in. You can cover it with salt to draw out the moisture. Never use hot water - it sets the dye. If the fabric is delicate or the stain has dried, don't experiment - bring it to us while it's fresh.

How do I remove a coffee stain?

Rinse a fresh coffee stain with cold or lukewarm water from the back of the fabric to push it outward. A little mild soap helps, but coffee with milk and sugar leaves grease and sugar that dry brown. On light or delicate fabrics, don't risk it - at our spotting station we match the agent to the exact type of coffee. The sooner, the better.

How do I remove a grease stain?

First cover the grease with something absorbent - potato flour or talc - and leave it for a quarter hour to soak up the oil. Then brush it off and use a drop of dish soap. Careful: water alone won't shift grease, and rubbing works it in deeper. Old, or on a suit or silk? That's a job for a spotting agent, not kitchen tricks.

How do I remove a blood stain?

The golden rule: cold water only, never hot. Heat cooks the protein and bonds the blood to the fabric for good. Rinse a fresh stain in cold water and gently work in a little soap. A dried stain can be soaked in cold water, but on wool and silk skip the home attempts - those fibres are too delicate. Bring the item to us instead.

How much does stain removal cost?

There's no single price - the quote depends on the stain and the fabric. A coffee stain on a shirt is different work from wine on silk or grease on a jacket. We look at the item first, diagnose the stain, and tell you what's possible and what it costs - before we do anything. Honestly: not every stain comes out without a trace.

When should I bring a stain to a professional?

The sooner the better - a fresh stain is a saved stain. Bring the item to us when: the fabric is delicate (silk, wool, cashmere), the stain is blood, grease or ink, a home attempt didn't work, or the garment is expensive and you don't want to risk it. We have a spotting station and 24h express, and we're used to English-speaking customers. Don't rub in a panic - bring it in.
