Can I wash sneakers in a washing machine?
You can, but it's a gamble. Hot water dissolves the glue and the sole starts peeling, the spin cycle tears the shoe apart from inside, and heat washes out the colour. Whites can come out grey and patchy. We clean sneakers by hand at a safe temperature, treating mesh, canvas and leather separately - no cycles that wreck shoes from the inside.

Can you clean suede shoes and winter salt stains?
Yes, suede is everyday work for us. After winter, leather and suede are often covered in white road-salt marks - we remove them with dedicated products, then brush the suede back to its texture. Suede needs dry, gentle methods, never a plain water wash. The shoes come back even, properly matte and free of white stains.
Can you whiten soles and yellowed sneakers?
Yes. Grey, dirty soles and yellowed sidewalls are cleaned spot by spot to bring the white back. The result depends on the material and how deep the dirt sits, but white Air Forces usually come back genuinely white. Note that we clean and refresh but don't do restoration or re-dyeing - if a shoe needs new paint or a new sole, that's a cobbler's job.
How long does it take, and do you remove odour?
We give you the deadline at drop-off - it depends on the material and how long the shoes need to dry on shoe trees. If you're in a hurry, we have a 24h express option. We remove bad smells with ozone treatment, which neutralises the odour-causing bacteria rather than just masking them. We also offer pickup and delivery across Lublin, and we speak English.
Do you clean smart leather shoes, not just sneakers?
Yes. Leather brogues, boots and ankle boots - we clean, nourish and polish the leather so it breathes again and doesn't crack. That matters before a wedding, a communion or an important meeting.
