Tulle and organza are extremely delicate — a single snag on the washing machine drum can create a hole. Aggressive spinning tears fibers, and a sharp pull can irreversibly destroy hand-sewn lace.

We never use a machine. We soak the veil in a large tub with lukewarm water (maximum 30°C) and gentle detergent designed for tulle and lace. We gently wash by hand, allowing the water to flow naturally through the fabric. Zero mechanical friction.

Natural flat drying
A wet veil cannot hang — it will stretch under its own weight. We lay it flat on a mesh stretched horizontally, in a well-ventilated room, away from direct sunlight. The tulle dries slowly and evenly, without deformation.
