Pants washing in Lublin: a razor-sharp crease

From 40 PLN per pair - washing plus a professionally pressed crease, not just a quick run with an iron. Wool, blends and linen each need their own programme and time at the press, but you know the price upfront, with no surprises at pickup. Regular clients get discounts from the third pair on.

You can, but it's a gamble. Wool shrinks unevenly in a machine - sometimes at the waist, sometimes in length - and there's no undoing it. The crease vanishes and the seat goes shiny where the fabric wears. If the trousers were expensive or the only pair for your suit, a home wash can cost more than a visit to us.

At home: iron inside-out through a damp cloth, lining both legs up along the seams - the crease runs from the waistband down the front. The catch is that a home iron has no pressurised steam, so the crease drops after a day. Our trouser press sets a fold that holds for weeks, leaves no shine and never scorches the fabric.

Yes. You can call, message or drop in and explain what you need in English - handy if your Polish stops at 'dzień dobry'. We'll tell you the price, the timing and how we'll handle the fabric, and have your trousers ready as promised. A lot of our customers are students and expats in Lublin.

Usually the next day, and if you're in a hurry we offer a 24-hour turnaround. Drop them off in the morning, collect them in the evening; leave them Monday, pick them up Tuesday. That's the rescue when an interview, a hearing or a wedding is tomorrow and your only good trousers are creased and stained.

Just the trousers is completely fine - you don't have to hand over the full set. That said, if the jacket has also seen better days, cleaning the whole suit together keeps both pieces ageing at the same colour. We'll advise when you drop it off: sometimes the trousers are enough, sometimes it's worth refreshing the pair.
